4. PARKING CALASANZ

  • The Calasanz Parking operates without barriers and without a subscription card. Both entry and exit to this parking lot are controlled by license plate recognition cameras and our CCTV system.
  • Your access as a subscriber will be limited to the time frame and period you have contracted.
  • If you wish, you can have more than one license plate associated with your subscription, although during the online reservation, you will only be able to enter one license plate, which will be your identification plate. If you wish to associate more than one license plate with your subscription, please proceed with the reservation, and once completed, you must send an email to administracion@cp-plus.es indicating your identification plate and the associated one that you wish to be added to your reservation.
  • In cases where a subscription has more than one associated license plate, it is established that only one of the registered vehicles may use the parking at the same time. If two or more vehicles associated with the same subscription attempt to park simultaneously, the second and subsequent vehicles will be subject to the standard rotation rate in effect at the time. This measure is intended to ensure proper use of the subscription and prevent duplications in the parking service.

RATES AND RENEWALS

  • From November 1, 2024, the subscription rates for your group will be as follows:
  1. Monthly 24-hour subscription: €60 (VAT included)
  2. Annual 24-hour subscription: €684 (VAT included)
  • All subscriptions must be paid in advance.
  • Future purchases or renewals of our subscriptions are neither automatic nor implicit and will be subject to prior payment, availability of spaces, current rates at any given time, and the parking's terms and conditions of use.
  • Outside the validity period of your subscription, your vehicle's stay will be calculated according to the current rotation rate.

EARLY CANCELLATION

  • In the event that, for reasons beyond the subscriber's control, CP PLUS communicates the temporary or permanent cessation of the contracted service, the subscriber will have the right to cancel their subscription early without any penalty. In this case, CP PLUS will proceed to refund the proportional amount corresponding to the unused period of the subscription. This refund will be calculated based on the remaining days from the cessation date and will be credited to the bank account indicated by the subscriber to CP PLUS.

SUBSCRIBER SPACES

  • During the validity period of your subscription, you can park your vehicle in any available space at the time of your arrival at the parking lot.
  • The subscription to this service does not guarantee a space in case the parking lot is full. Spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Being a subscriber does not guarantee the assignment of a fixed parking space.

SURVEILLANCE

  • Through the parking's closed-circuit cameras (CCTV) and our License Plate Reading Camera system, the entry and exit of each vehicle will be recorded.
  • CP PLUS Parking is licensed to operate CCTV throughout the internal space of the parking lot.
  • This parking lot will be remotely monitored and controlled with random security patrols and will be under 24-hour surveillance through CCTV from our security and control center.

LIABILITY

  • CP Plus will not accept any liability for losses or damages to vehicles parked in the lot, caused by third parties, including vandalism and/or accidents.
  • The parking lot does not offer lockers and/or temporary storage for your belongings. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to keep control of their belongings at all times.
  • CP PLUS Parking Spain does not offer key custody service at this parking lot.
  • CP PLUS Parking Spain will not be responsible for parking your vehicle within the parking lot.

PENALTIES

  • Subscribers who do not have a valid subscription or who do not comply with the parking's terms and conditions will receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) which will be sent by mail to the vehicle driver, or if the driver is not identified, to the registered owner of the vehicle, for an amount of €100.
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of your subscription will result in its immediate cancellation, without any right to claim and/or compensation.
  • Fraudulent use of your subscription will be formally communicated to you by CP-Plus Parking España SL and may lead to the immediate cancellation of your subscription without any right to claim and/or refund.

PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION

  • In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data you provide, as well as any other data obtained within the scope of the purposes for which they are to be processed, will be incorporated into a file owned by CP PLUS PARKING ESPAÑA, S.L., in order to manage your use of the Arriola parking lot, as well as for any management related to parking access, facility surveillance, and any other purpose that may be of interest to manage the parking services.
  • By signing this form, you expressly consent to the processing of data for the purposes described above. If you do not complete the required data in the form or do not accept the processing of your data, we will not be able to offer you the described parking services.
  • Likewise, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition at any time by sending an email to administracion@cp-plus.es, or a letter to C/ Progreso 72, 2nd floor, 32003 Ourense, indicating "LOPD" as the reference in your communication. You also agree to notify CP PLUS of any changes to the personal data provided in this form.

5. PARKING MURO

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR SUBSCRIBERS

  • This contract is governed by the terms and conditions of use of the parking facility that can be found on the parking signage or at the following link: https://cp-plus.es/contrato-aparcamiento/
  • Subscribing to this pass does not guarantee a parking space if the facility is full. Parking spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This pass does not guarantee the assignment of a fixed parking space number.
  • Vehicle access to the parking is controlled by a license plate recognition reading system and CCTV.
  • Additionally, traffic within this parking facility is managed by a traffic light system operational throughout the premises, and for everyone's safety, it is mandatory to strictly adhere to it; a red light means that the vehicle must remain stopped/stationary, and a green light allows movement but always with caution.
  • Your access as a subscriber will be limited to the time slot and period you have contracted.
  • Your pass will be enabled for a single license plate, thus you cannot have two license plates associated with the same pass. Doing so will result in fraudulent use of the pass and will result in a ban from accessing the parking.

  • The entry and exit of each vehicle will be recorded through the closed-circuit television system (CCTV) and our License Plate Reading Cameras system.
  • CP PLUS Parking is licensed to operate with CCTV throughout the internal space of the parking facility.
  • This parking will be remotely attended and controlled with random security patrols and will be monitored 24 hours a day through the CCTV from our security and control center.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • CP Plus will not accept any responsibility for losses or damages to vehicles parked in the designated areas, due to acts of third parties, including vandalism or accidents.
  • Neither CP Plus nor Ágora Inversiones Patrimoniales S.A., owner of Calasanz Parking, will have any responsibility in case of failure of the traffic light system installed.
  • The parking does not offer locker zones or temporary custody of your belongings. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to keep their belongings under control at all times.
  • CP PLUS Parking España does not offer a key custody service in this parking facility.
  • CP PLUS Parking España will not be responsible for parking your vehicle in the facilities of this parking.

PENALTIES

  • Fraudulent or abusive use of your pass will result in its immediate cancellation, without the right to claim and/or any compensation.
